The responsible body is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data.

Data Collection on this Website

Data is collected when you provide it directly (e.g. via contact form or email). If you contact us by email, we store your email address and any additional data you provide (name, phone number) to process your request. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

According to Art. 18 GDPR, you may request restriction of processing in specific cases, including contested data accuracy, unlawful processing, need to establish legal claims, or pending balancing after an objection under Art. 21 GDPR.

Right to data portability

According to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive data processed automatically on the basis of consent or contract in a common machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, request transfer to another controller.

Right to object

If processing is based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you may object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). If data is processed for direct advertising, you may object at any time to such processing.
